DISCIPLINE
1.training to act in accordance with rules; drill: military discipline.
2.activity, exercise, or a regimen that develops or improves a skill; training: A daily stint at the typewriter is excellent discipline for a writer.

7.Ecclesiastical. the system of government regulating the practice of a church as distinguished from its doctrine.
8.an instrument of punishment, esp. a whip or scourge, used in the practice of self-mortification or as an instrument of chastisement in certain religious communities.
9.a branch of instruction or learning: the disciplines of history and economics.
–verb (used with object)
10.to train by instruction and exercise; drill.
11.to bring to a state of order and obedience by training and control.

For once i thought since we have not being updating this blog, perharps people will not bother to visit anymore. This thoughts even give me the excuse not to blog. pai seh...i had repented =)
But recently i heard that there are still people visitng S.A.L.T hoping that they will see some updates. hahaha...thanks for the support.
By hearing that it just taught me that don't ever assume and takes things for granted.
Don't ever think that if you have forgotten others will forget.
Don't ever think that if you have done enough others will be satisfied.
Don't ever think that if you have tried, it will be the best.
Ok to our faithful readers out there. We will update often! =)

The leader is a winner.
They own a winning attitude.
They look like they're winning even when they're not.
They are a winning spirit.
Joseph looks like a winner even in chains, sold as a slave.
He still looks like a winner in prison.
He stands tall, walks straight, clear purpose in his eyes.
He laughs at difficulties and is unmoved by challenge.
He becomes the Prime Minister of Egypt.
We win from the inside out, not the outside in.

What we say and what we do must agree.
Our people will do what we do more than what we say.
What walks in fathers runs in children.
The way we handle our people is the way they will handle others.
What we do to our people is what they will do to others.
Our actions will always be more powerful than our words.
People accuse or excuse themselves on the actions of their leaders.
Our lives are the most powerful message we will ever preach.
People ask themselves, 'What would (that person) do in this situation?'
And thus they get counsel from knowing the life of their leader.
Quote - ' That which we are, we are all the while teaching, not voluntarily, but involuntarily.' - Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you only do what you can do then you're only ever going to do what you can do!
But, if you start to do what you cannot do, you'll find you can do what you cannot do.
And what you absolutely cannot do, God will do, or a team of incredible poeple will, who are attracted to the person attempting to do what they cannot do.
Don't imagine God will ask you to do what you can do!
He asks you to do what you can't do.
Then you'll need Him to do it!
But you're the one who starts the impossible dream.
No-one, not even God, gets inpsired by the mediocre.
Attempt the impossible, ignore the critics, attract the best, accomplish the unbelievable!
Quote - ' For with God nothing is impossible' - Luke 1:37

Be bright when you meet people.
It may be the only time you ever meet that person.
Make people feel great.
What an incredible opportunity we have every time we meet someone.
Be sunlight to them.
You will affect their whole day.
They will remember you as a bright, encouraging, positive person.
They will carry a good report about you everywhere.

Getting motivated is essential.
From the inside, the outside, from wherever.
'Why sit we here till we die', say the four lepers in the Biblical record as they sitoutside the besieged city of Samaria.
If we sit forever, we will sit till we die.
Being motivated is not just being inspired though.
Motivation goes to work.
If motivation doesn't result in action it is futile.
Embrace work as your best friend.
As you go to work the motivation increases.
Accept work as your life.
Accept life as work.
Not obsessive work without rest; not activity without productivity, but work that ispaced, purposeful and productive.
The dreams of a lazy man will kill him.
Renounce laziness; embrace industry.
Go for it! Do something!
